Are you a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who thrives on driving results on the plant floor? We're looking for a Production Manager to lead shift operations and play a vital role on our Production Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage labor across your entire shift to keep operations running smoothly & efficiently
  • Drive plant operations & lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with all departments to achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness & cost
  • Ensure all personnel arrive to shift wearing correct safety equipment & maintain safety awareness throughout the shift
  • Champion safety & incident reporting procedures, ensuring every team member is properly trained & performing their job functions correctly

What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in non-climate-controlled environments
  • Working knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System) concepts, e.g. workplace organization/5S & root cause analysis
  • Solid understanding of production planning concepts, able to plan, allocate resources, manage production & coordinate people and equipment
  • A collaborative leadership style, sound judgment & a commitment to safety-first culture


Position Pay Range

$102,000-$120,000 USD
