Position SummaryThe Production Manager is responsible for managing multiple HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation projects simultaneously. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, suppliers, inspectors, and office staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple installation projects across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions.
- Schedule and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for ongoing projects.
- Work closely with inspectors, suppliers, technicians, and office staff to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and regional codes and regulations.
- Monitor job progress, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Train, mentor, and supervise installation personnel.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and expectations clearly to team members.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Previous management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related construction/service industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, installation practices, and applicable building codes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, coworkers, and leadership.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Compensation- Starting Salary: $90,000+

Schedule- Monday through Friday
- Typical workday: 8-10 hours
- Rotating weekend on-call schedule
