Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years in a similar role, or 10 years in plastic molding within an ISO certified facility.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Customer-focused approach to delivering commitments.
• Strong project planning and implementation experience.
• Experience in transitioning plant culture and processes.
• Strong leadership skills across all organizational levels.
• Attention to detail with solid computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality regulations.
• Manage production lines by analyzing and optimizing resource use.
• Develop and adapt the production operational excellence plan for team performance.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
• Oversee Production Supervisors, directing and evaluating their work.
• Handle HR functions like hiring, training, and performance appraisals per company policies.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to support plant operations.
• Drive performance using data-centric metrics for operational results.
• Stay updated on new technologies, regulations, and manufacturing innovations.
