Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for crushing and grinding operations
• Lead and coordinate production engineering activities
• Develop, implement, and sustain process improvements

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, sales, and other teams
• Champion plant safety and monitor regulatory compliance
