The opportunity

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supply chain excellence at Hitachi Energy. As a Production Capacity Planner, you will lead the transformation toward a more proactive, transparent, and synchronized planning organization-ensuring the business can meet growing market demand while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

In this role, you will own and elevate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, creating a strong foundation for mid- and long-term planning. Your work will enable smarter decision-making, optimized inventories, and improved lead times. By connecting data, people, and processes, you will ensure alignment across sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.

You will act as a key integrator, balancing demand with available capacity while identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. Your leadership will help establish standardized processes, drive continuous improvement, and enable fact-based planning that supports business growth.
