Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor testing or verification.
• Strong hands-on experience with FPGA design and implementation.
• Proficiency in scripting for test automation, preferably with Python or similar languages.
• Familiarity with wafer-level and package-level ATE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans focused on chip IP functionalities.
• Design and implement test circuits using proprietary software and FPGA.
• Automate test generation through scripting and ensure content is silicon ready.
• Conduct post-silicon validation using ATE and bench platforms.
• Identify root causes of product issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Own the development of IP content and lead issue resolution.
• Deliver test content according to internal and external schedules.
• Analyze test pattern coverage for improvements.
