Job description

Infosys is seeking Product Technical Lead -Test Automation using Selenium with java. Candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Selenium. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and collaboration with the development team.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Hands on knowledge of various Test automation framework preferably with Selenium (java)
• Review mapping documents for testing based on support from leads and support demos of existing systems through supervisor.
• Create non-functional requirements documents by creating specifications based on product SME input and participate in various team interactions as required and with support from leads.
• Provide inputs to daily status reports and provide timely updates for testing trackers on the module/POD assigned.
• Resolve any escalated issues related to deliverables and provide inputs on critical capabilities and support preparation of the requirements traceability matrix using Testing Requirements, Engineering process and tools.
• Review demos of existing systems and provide inputs to defining quality standards for a account for specific Test process and methodology.
• Define/ Provide inputs to test strategy based on the support from leads and define test strategy guidelines.
• Provide inputs to test design and plan and updates to test plan based on the support provided.
• Develop test plan, test design and provide Inputs for Performance/Data modeling for simple/medium/complex applications and its implementation.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other test automation tools (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of the latest Selenium versions and updates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Production support is good to have
• Experience with monitoring tools is good to have
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
  
  The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
