Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 6+ years of defense-related experience in engineering, manufacturing, or field service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to take ownership and lead project teams independently.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to customers.
• Ability to maintain an organized approach in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to accept field assignments and travel 20-30% as required.
• Proficiency in instrumentation/gauges and data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems using analytical skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead troubleshooting for high and low voltage electronics and sophisticated data acquisition installations.
• Execute test procedures and analyze critical data to produce guiding technical reports.
• Champion quality assurance initiatives and ensure success during audits with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, resolving technical challenges through effective communication.
