Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides highly specialized technical expertise in Biosurgery and Wound Closure solutions to targeted specialties including but not limited to Orthopedics, Cardiovascular and Gynecology (Focus on Obstetrics)
  • Engages existing and prospective customers to drive market expansion in critical product areas-developing new accounts and growing existing ones through product upgrades and increased utilization.
  • Responsible for in-depth product expertise, use of products, and appropriate continuum of care within the categories of support.
  • Leads and shapes critical product trials & conversions in respective accounts
  • Drive market expansion by identifying, engaging, and cultivating key opinion leaders (KOLs), in collaboration with Marketing and SHAPE, within target geographies to amplify brand influence, accelerate adoption, and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Reduces barriers to adoption by leading a cross-functional approach to new product introduction-aligning hospital stakeholders across departments to dismantle silos and drive successful implementation.
  • Provides feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provides ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
  • Collaborates on creation of regional plan; owns execution of aligned regional strategy supporting the development & partnership of priority accounts and customers in Specialty area.
  • Interacts with sales and marketing management to refine product and marketing initiatives
  • Identifies opportunities with current and prospective customers by researching healthcare environment and market trends
  • Leverages leadership and teambuilding skills to support RBM in shaping a strong performance culture in the region


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a University Degree required MBA an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, Medical device experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in Account Management, with proven record of successful implementation and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, a strong customer focus, as well as excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with joint value creation preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and collaboration / team building skills.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.
  • Ability to travel 40% + of time in Canada.
