Responsibilities
The Product-Led Growth team is focused on acquiring new, quality TTAM advertisers and is comprised of several key teams. Within the Product-Led Growth team, this role would sit on Global Search Pod within the Paid Acquisition team. The Global Search Pod owns external Paid Search Ads across channels like Google and Microsoft Bing and works closely with SEO and Mid-Funnel Paid Ads teams as well. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: - Directly assisting the Global Paid Search Pod on all tasks pertaining to paid ads campaigns primarily across Google and Microsoft Bing, with the goal of acquiring new TTAM advertisers. - End-to-End Project Management/Execution: Working closely with external paid media agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to manage and execute both ad hoc and ongoing key initiatives/tests within Paid Search campaigns. Be prepared to own at least one project from end-to-end. - Data Tracking and Reporting Insights: Closely monitor paid search data trends to identify opportunities or performance concerns. Collaborate with internal teams and external media agencies to address any opportunities/concerns. Also support teams with ad hoc and ongoing data reporting asks, including but not limited to: updating data and adding performance analyses on weekly agendas, providing external media agencies with raw performance data on a weekly basis, directly flagging performance concerns to agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in business or a related technical discipline - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to help drive projects - Strong analytical skills and interpretation of data - Strong communication skills to help simultaneously manage several agencies on a global scale across different timezones and projects (both ad hoc and recurring). - Proficient in basic Excel operations - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
