Full Job Description
The Hand and Arm Product Sales Manager reports to the Manager, Product Sales and serves as a subject matter expert on assigned product lines. This role partners closely with the Sales Team, Marketing, and Product Management to drive product growth, deliver training, and support field execution. The Manager, Product Sales is responsible for championing PIP's solutions in the marketplace by equipping sales personnel, distributors, and end users with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support sales objectives for assigned products by providing product expertise and field support to sales personnel.
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams, distributor partners, and end users.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and provide insights to Sales and Product Management.
