Job Title

Product Sales Executive

About your role:

As a Sales Executive within Enterprise & Merchant Cash Solutions, you will drive revenue growth by delivering deposit, liquidity, and cash management solutions to enterprise and merchant clients nationwide. You will work with corporate finance and treasury leaders, internal product partners, and sales teams to develop and close complex opportunities. Your work helps expand market presence for the StoneCastle business on the depositor side.

What you'll do:

  • Generate qualified leads and drive profitable revenue growth across assigned territories and accounts.
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities.
  • Advance opportunities through the sales process and close business within established sales cycle expectations.
  • Build relationships with executive-level client stakeholders to expand account coverage and increase demand for solutions.
  • Present deposit, cash management, and liquidity solutions that align to client business priorities and funding needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts within the eCRM system.
  • Share market insights, solution knowledge, and sales practices with internal sales partners and stakeholders.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in direct business-to-business sales within financial services, payments, treasury, cash management, deposit, or liquidity solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience selling to merchants, corporate finance organizations, Fortune 1000 companies, and middle market clients.
  • 6+ years of experience developing account plans, qualifying opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles to closure.
  • Experience using eCRM systems to maintain pipeline activity, track opportunities, and support forecast accuracy.
  • Ability to present business solutions to executive-level stakeholders using measurable client business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience selling treasury, deposit, liquidity, or short-duration investment solutions.
  • Understanding of corporate cash management strategies and liquidity optimization approaches.
  • Experience building internal and external industry networks to support prospecting and relationship development.
  • Experience tailoring consultative sales approaches for enterprise and merchant client segments.

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$71,400.00 - $151,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For commission eligible employees, the successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
