Description

As a Product Researcher at Siemens, Asset Management Software, you'll be part of a team leading the research for one of our supported verticals (manufacturing, education, healthcare, government) - not just implementing studies, but shaping what questions get asked, what methods get used, and how insights flow into product decisions.

You'll be a trusted research partner for your product team and a key contributor to Siemens' broader knowledge of its users. We champion a collaborative, research-driven culture where insights are shared openly, curiosity is encouraged, and researchers have a relevant voice in product strategy.

  • Leading the research agenda for a product area by identifying key knowledge gaps and designing research programs to address them
  • Executing complex, mixed-methods research programs that combine qualitative depth with quantitative breadth
  • Driving the connection between research insights and product strategy - directly influencing roadmap priorities and design direction
  • Expanding knowledge management standards for your product area: research repositories, insight taxonomies, and evidence standards
  • Acting as a research partner in cross-functional forums - communicating research with confidence to product and design leadership
  • Mentoring and developing fellow researchers through structured feedback, coaching, and collaborative research design
  • Contributing to research operations improvements: recruiting infrastructure, tooling, templates, and process standards
  • Championing ethical research practice - informed consent, participant privacy, and inclusive recruiting
