    • You have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a customer-oriented high-volume commercial retail environment. • You're an ambassador and a good example of good IKEA leadership and IKEA values. • You have a proven ability to deliver strong business results through people and are business-minded and have a good understanding of customer behaviour in an omnichannel retail environment. • You're able to plan and execute operations in a busy high volume retail environment and can maintain effective work and leadership behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure. • You have extensive knowledge of the store's product quality, safety, and recovery processes and good understanding of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive As-Is offer, both instore and online. • You're knowledgeable IKEA product range as well as functions within the IKEA units and how they contribute to the product quality, safety and recovery processes. • You have extensive knowledge of using IT systems and other tools in daily work duties and good knowledge of the waste management and sustainability principles. • You have a good understanding on how each workflow within product quality, safety and recovery affects the profit and loss of the unit.
    A day in your life with us
    • Lead, coach and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team with a focus on putting the customer first, whilst also securing engagement and succession. • Ensure understanding and optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to Product quality & safety and recovery processes across the unit. • Lead the establishment of efficient and effective ways of working in the Customer Meeting Point related to product quality and compliance, ensuring the unit works proactively with improving customers product experience by preventing any sales stopped, defect or recalled products from reaching our customers. • Establish the pre-requisites to deliver a great commercial shopping experience in the As-Is, as well as efficient circular recovery operations to reduce the environmental and financial impact of reverse flow products, whilst leading and promoting IKEA's positive commitments to sustainability and circularity. • Set goals and action plans for assigned department. Follow-up and take proactive actions to continuously improve upon the performance by benchmarking towards other units and using proven solutions and good examples to identify improvement opportunities.
