POSITION SUMMARY
- Lead product quality engineering team for hyperscale data center infrastructure, focusing on critical cooling systems, power network modules and ASME Section VIII pressure vessels
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)utilizing8D problem-solving methodologies and 5-Why forensics.Performing periodic quality audits to ensure suppliers continue to work in compliance with company and federal standards.
- Define qualification strategiesand test plans to validate power module performance under worst-case thermal and operational stress.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
- Review non-destructive examination (NDE) data, including radiography, ultrasonic, magneticparticle, and penetrant testing.
- Track quality metrics including first-pass yield (FPY) and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
- Partner with design engineers to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- Coordinate withdata center operations to resolve field quality issues rapidly.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process capability improvement, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and training to Quality Inspectors, Production personnel, and cross-functional teams.

- Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Kelvion's policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Managingemployees' work; setting and adjusting rates of pay and hours of workofemployees; planning and controlling the budget for department; providing for the safety of the employees; planning the work; determining the techniques to be used; apportioning the work among the workers.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Proficiency in core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to product quality, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with electronic assembly manufacturingand high-power safety protocols.
- Data-driven analytical mindcapable of querying manufacturing logs, system telemetry, and failure statistics.
- Understanding of Microsoft toolssuch as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and dashboard development.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
- 8+ years in quality engineering within heavy manufacturing or 5 years in data centers.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or engineering management role.
