- Segment users by persona, use case, company type, behavior, API usage, and revenue potential
- Run A/B tests across onboarding, docs, lifecycle emails, pricing, packaging, and activation flows
- Identify which API features and use cases drive the strongest retention and expansion
- Interview customers and translate usage into clear personas and product insights
- Build lifecycle campaigns that help users get to value faster
- Partner with engineering to improve docs, examples, templates, SDK flows, and first-run experience
- Partner with revenue to identify high-intent accounts and expansion opportunities

- You have worked on PLG, growth, product, analytics, or lifecycle at a technical product company
- You know tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Customer.io, SQL, Hex, Metabase, or similar
- You can form a hypothesis, instrument it, ship an experiment, and interpret the result
- You care about developer experience and business outcomes
- You can talk to users and also inspect raw product data
- You notice tiny product and messaging details that others miss
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure from messy usage patterns
Bonus Points- Experience with developer tools, APIs, infra, AI products, or B2B PLG
- Experience turning self-serve users into sales-qualified accounts
- Experience with pricing/packaging experiments
- Experience building onboarding, docs, lifecycle, or activation systems
- You can write clear product copy and explain technical concepts simply
