As a member of the Commercial Product Implementation team, our Product Platform and Project Managers lead the corporate-wide benefit development process for Commercial medical and specialty products, guiding benefit change ideas from initial submission through final recommendations while ensuring compliance with federal and state mandates. The position aligns strategic goals with benefit design decisions by facilitating a multi-disciplinary Product Platform Team - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: - Manager Product Platform and Implementation would have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field and 8 years of experience in benefits, 3 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes: - Ability to identify issues, opportunities, and effective solutions and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and/or results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate/resolve complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.
- Demonstrated success at meeting project budget, timelines, requirement targets and managing variances.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to "think outside the box" and able to move abstract concepts to concrete actions and effective strategies.
- Understands benefit design decisions and mandated requirements and can represent them as a subject matter expert.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
What You Will Do at Cambia: - Carry benefit change ideas from submission through Product Platform Team review, implementation handoff, and monitoring
- Determine how new benefits fit into the overall product roadmap and support incorporation of them into the annual POWERGrid cycle
- Serve as SME for benefit design and ensure compliance with new and amended state and federal regulations and administrative policies
- Integrate competitive research and premium impact analysis into the benefit development process, staying current on industry best practices
- Create and maintain benefit design masters and manage handoffs for new product and benefit change implementations
- Act as department SME for Individual, Small Group, and Large Group lines of business, supporting Product Managers and implementation teams
- Operate with high autonomy to design work plans, resource requirements, and organizational strategies for analysis and decision-making
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $120,000 - $145,000, the full salary range is $114,000 - $186,000 and the bonus target is 15%.
North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $115,000 - $135,000 hiring pay range, the full salary range is $104,444 - $167,383.
