Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, particularly in service-oriented architecture.
• 10+ years as a business analyst or Product Owner, with a robust background in technical environments.
• 5+ years specifically as a product owner in technical settings, enhancing product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on knowledge in the retail pharmacy domain, an asset for sector-specific insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud architecture and its components to drive tech integration.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, especially as a Product Owner engaging in sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency in product management principles and practices, with a capability for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Decompose product features into user stories with inputs from Product Managers and Architects.
• Lead the Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies as the main Product participant.
• Communicate proactively with Product Managers and remote teams about development features.
• Organize and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with designers, engineers, and management.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies to effectively sequence development tasks across teams.
• Mentor and guide Junior Product Owners, assigning work as necessary.
• Participate in detailed backlog planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with product objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to groom user stories and refine product deliverables.
