Full Job Description
ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Scrum Master. This role supports both the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) and Supply Chain & Logistics (SCL) Development Teams.

Work location: Remote

Summary: The ideal candidate will excel at gathering and translating complex requirements, prioritizing product backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery of proprietary enterprise applications developed for ASRC Federal.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership
  • Lead end-to-end product backlog management, including defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maximize value delivery by ensuring features support customer needs and business priorities.
  • Ensuring product meets customer needs through the creation and/or execution of Test Cases. Works with Stakeholders to gain Customer Acceptance of Product prior to Release.
  • Clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.


Scrum Master
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments to help the team meet sprint commitments.
  • Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on continuous improvement, self-organization, and collaboration.
  • Track and communicate team performance metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and cycle time.
  • Execute additional task assignments as needed by Project Management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or Confluence, as well as Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of basic SQL queries is a plus.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a closely related role.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially Deltek Costpoint.
  • Exposure to government contracting or program management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
  • Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PSPO.
