Job DescriptionAs a Product Owner, you will play a key role in understanding, simplifying, and maximizing the business value of products and assets related to Savings.

What you'll accomplish with usAs a Product Owner, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Understand, present, and simplify the business value of the product.
- Actively participate in product definition and business requirement breakdown while collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and content presentations across ceremonies.
- Provide the business clarifications required to help teams identify the best technology solutions, including user stories, estimations, and sequencing.
- Establish acceptance criteria and ensure they are met.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the roadmap of the assets under your responsibility, including business requirements, bug fixes, operationalization, security, and compliance.
- Proactively identify and collaboratively resolve risks and issues related to the roadmap of the assets under your responsibility.
- Work closely with business analysts, business architects, IT teams, and our external partner in managing, optimizing, and evolving external delivery teams.
What could accelerate your success in this roleWe're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 7 years of experience as a business-side Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Is known for their ability to understand user needs in order to maximize team value delivery and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
- Stands out for their ability to translate business needs into actionable technology requirements and communicate technology impacts back to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and the ability to work in a complex and evolving transformation environment.
- Is recognized for their strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has knowledge of the savings, insurance, or financial services industry, considered a strong asset.
- Has knowledge of the SAFe methodology and modern technologies including Cloud, APIs, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design, considered an asset.
