Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.
What You'll Do- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
- Partner with development and business teams to drive Agile sprint planning and delivery
- Monitor product progress, deliver status updates, and lead sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product releases
- Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive continuous product improvement
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
- Experience in Homeowner's P&C insurance industry
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
