Job Description:
As a Product Owner you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human centered design approach
You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the clients needs and wants
Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes
You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams
Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required
Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested
Lead the development and refinement of product features by integrating customer feedback and market trends
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and technical feasibility
Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Support team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance overall delivery quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes and stakeholder engagement
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Software Product Management and Product Innovation Strategy
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested
