Full Job Description
Meet the team:

The Product Operations & Enablement team supports product teams in driving innovation, enabled by a frictionless, transparent, and repeatable operating model that delivers growth, customer satisfaction, and better outcomes.

We exist to remove friction from how our product teams operate, surface what's working (and what isn't), and enable product teams to make data-driven decisions, better and faster. We enable processes, dashboards, and playbooks that empower our product teams to deliver transformative healthcare solutions.

Where You Come In:
  • Lead the operational rhythm for patient-facing mobile application releases, serving as the central point of coordination across Product Management, R&D, Tech Support, and Marketing.
  • Own and drive all release communications, including release notes, launch timing, regional availability, FAQs, stakeholder updates, and release completion notifications.
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for global software launches, release schedules, and launch visibility across the organization.
  • Partner with Software PMs, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure release readiness and alignment on features, timelines, known issues, and customer-facing communications.
  • Support Product Managers with Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and other release-related processes.
  • Monitor app rollout adoption metrics and release performance to ensure launches progress as expected.
  • Consolidate and communicate post-release insights, including app store feedback, technical support trends, customer experience data, and customer sentiment to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, escalate, and drive resolution of product issues following release.
  • Lead app obsolescence efforts by coordinating the retirement of outdated application versions and driving automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive continuous improvement of release management, release communications, post-release monitoring, and broader product management processes to enhance effectiveness and scalability.

What makes you successful:
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy through ambiguity, change, and scale across Product Management, Software PM, R&D, Marketing, Tech Support, Product Health, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership, facilitation, and change-management skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned through clear ownership, timelines, and decision points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex release details into clear, actionable updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong operational rigor and organizational discipline, including the ability to maintain a reliable source of truth for release scope, timing, readiness, regional availability, and post-release status.
  • A proven understanding of mobile application release management, including familiarity with app store guidelines, release readiness practices, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple releases simultaneously.
  • A strong analytical approach, with the ability to synthesize rollout adoption, customer sentiment, Tech Support trends, app store feedback, and other post-release signals into actionable insights.
  • Experience operating within a regulated or quality-managed environment, such as medical device or healthcare technology, is a strong plus.

What you'll get:
  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Travel Required:
