Full Job Description
About the Role

We believe every way a hotel and its guests communicate should be facilitated through Canary - with best-in-class AI agents working alongside staff to boost efficiency, revenue, and guest personalization. Voice is one of the most exciting frontiers of that vision.

As Product Operations Manager, Voice, you'll help the Voice product team turn roadmap into rollouts that work well for hotels. You'll support how new capabilities reach properties, help drive adoption once they're live, run experiments to understand what's working, and own the metrics that show the impact while working closely across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market. If you enjoy being the person who keeps a product team running smoothly and makes the product a little better every cycle, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end rollout and go-live for Voice AI - launch readiness, run-of-show, and alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM.
  • Drive adoption, not just go-live: make sure new capabilities land with customers and deliver the efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains they're built for.
  • Run the feedback loop between the field and engineering to bring them into the roadmap.
  • Run experiments - A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilots, and early access programs - to validate what works before scaling.
  • Own the measurement framework for Voice: define the KPIs that matter and maintain the dashboards the team relies on.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market to make each rollout better than the last through process improvements and AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product operations, technical program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related role - ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of owning complex launches and rollouts end-to-end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • Data-driven, with SQL skills and hands-on experience designing experiments, defining KPIs, and building dashboards in BI/analytics tools.
  • Strong program management skills - comfortable driving many moving parts and multiple concurrent deployments through ambiguity to done.
  • Excellent communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment; bias for action in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: APIs/scripting and a tinkerer's instinct; experience in hospitality tech or telephony/voice/communications products.

Compensation

Target cash compensation ranges from $145,000 - $195,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.

This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.

We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work! Here are some of the additional benefits:

Canary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge. Each month we provide company wide days off to ensure there is at least one extended weekend or day off.

Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. Each individual is provided a budget towards any purchases that help us achieve these goals.

Professional Development Chats: We provide budget to help drive cross functional professional development conversations across the organization.

Travel Reimbursement: Team members are able to visit our offices across New York, San Francisco or Dallas when they choose, and are provided a travel stipend for doing so. Spend time working with the team in their office, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!

Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a hotel that Canary works with, we provide a credit towards your stay.

There is no observation floor. It is a prestigious location for offices and as of October 2017 was completely let. The building is recognised as a London landmark, and it has gained much attention through film, television, and other media as one of the tallest buildings in the United Kingdom.
