The impact you'll makeAs a Product Operations professional, you own the operational execution that turns product plans into on-time customer deliveries. You are the central coordinator across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Finance, CSBG, Pilot Operations, and Engineering, resolving the material, schedule, and escalation friction that stands between a Plan of Record commitment and a shipped tool.
What you'll do- Own Un-Released Build Plan (URBP) creation, updates, and tracking, and submit and track DMRFs through completion to meet POR ship dates.
- Manage refurbished tools for released configurations from return through final shipment.
- Execute upgrade and part-transition PORs from material placement through shipment to the field, including material movements and demand signals.
- Own missing-part escalations from the field for released products through RCCA closure.
- Support excess and obsolete (E&O) and working capital reduction, spares transitions, spares extensions for URR products, and NSR-to-POA conversions.
- Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Who we're looking for- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred qualificationsSemiconductor capital equipment or high-technology manufacturing experience; knowledge of product release and configuration management processes; and familiarity with refurbishment programs, field upgrades, and RCCA.
SalaryCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $86,000.00 - $192,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
