Full Job Description
Job Description:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll shape how the market experiences Pluralsight's products: defining positioning, owning end-to-end go-to-market launches, and building the narratives that drive adoption and revenue. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll move fluidly between setting positioning strategy and writing sales copy, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive real business outcomes.

Who you're committed to being:
  • You operate as a true high-impact partner, collaborating effectively across teams and collaborators at all levels, bringing critical thinking and accountability to everything you do
  • You have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguity; you build the plan rather than waiting for one
  • You communicate proactively and clearly, avoiding jargon and leading with customer value and compelling narratives
  • You are an exceptional writer who can explain complex ideas with clarity and persuasion
  • You are team-first: you work with a "we" mentality, assume positive intent, and commit fully once decisions are made so the team moves forward together
  • You bring deep customer and competitive insight to your work, grounded in data, research, and win/loss analysis

What you'll do:
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product and solution launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption and pipeline impact. Measure results and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key audiences and product offerings, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise and technical buyers. Ensure messaging consistency and impact across every customer touchpoint, from sales conversations to web and campaign content.
  • Develop messaging that supports expansion, upsell, and retention strategies, extending our market impact beyond net-new acquisition. Partner strategically with Product to capture market and customer insights that inform messaging and roadmap decisions. Contribute to pricing and packaging analysis to ensure our bundled solutions are positioned for maximum market impact.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and product collateral, and lead training sessions so Sales and Customer Success teams can expertly articulate product value and close deals effectively.
  • Gather and synthesize market and competitive intelligence, maintaining a continuous view of the competitive landscape, buyer behavior, and win/loss analysis to sharpen positioning and sales strategy. Support analyst relations by contributing to briefings and positioning for firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Experience you'll bring:
  • Proven B2B enterprise product marketing experience, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Experience leading product launches, go-to-market efforts, and sales enablement with a track record of driving growth, adoption, and measurable business results in a fast-moving environment
  • Organized and diligent with strong execution skills alongside strategic thinking
  • Ability to build consensus and influence without authority, and to confidently present recommendations to senior executives
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage SaaS environment
  • Experience in learning platforms, developer tools, or other technical products
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models or product-led growth
  • Experience supporting analyst relations or briefings with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Open to travel up to 25% of the time

Why you'll love working here:
  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.
  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.
