Product Marketing Manager, New VerticalsThe OpportunityHelp expand Hinge Health access by turning complex products into clear stories, successful launches, and meaningful client adoption. As Product Marketing Manager, New Verticals, you will lead product marketing for new expansions. You will partner closely with Health Services to support health-plan approvals and with Client Success to help clients understand and adopt new offerings.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, Digital Care, you will own GTM strategy and execution, from positioning and launch planning to building slides, writing messaging, and leading live enablement. Your work will help establish Hinge Health as a market leader in new verticals.
What You'll AccomplishIn your first three months:
- Build expertise in current new verticals solutions, including its strengths, differentiators, and messaging within your first 30 days.
- Create and improve slides, messaging, FAQs, and objection-handling resources that support health-plan approvals and client conversations.
- Lead enablement sessions within your first 60 days and develop a reliable approach to answering questions and maintaining useful resources.
In your first six months:
- Independently own the product marketing work supporting New verticals expansion, prioritizing approval needs with Health Services and delivering the assets partners need to move decisions forward.
- Drive client readiness and adoption for new offerings through coordinated launch communications, practical resources, and live enablement.
- Establish adoption measures with Client Success and use client feedback, recurring objections, and performance data to improve messaging and launch execution.
In your first year:
- Help expand new verticals availability across the book of business by supporting outstanding health-plan approvals.
- Drive measurable client adoption of new offerings against agreed goals, tracking adoption separately from health-plan approval coverage.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for the product expansions, aligning positioning, audiences, launch milestones, partner readiness, and measurement with the product roadmap.
- Keep cross-functional partners and leadership informed with concise updates on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions needed.

Basic Qualifications- Experience independently owning product positioning, go-to-market launches, or product-adoption initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear messaging and presentation materials and deliver live enablement for business or client-facing teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional work from planning through execution, influencing partners without direct authority, and improving work through feedback.
Preferred Qualifications- Product marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or another complex, evidence-based category.
- Experience working with benefit managers, health plans, or healthcare services teams.
- Experience enabling sales, client success, or partnership teams to drive adoption.
- Experience translating clinical or technical information into differentiated, business-relevant positioning.
- Experience measuring adoption and using customer feedback to improve go-to-market execution.
Hinge Health Hybrid ModelThis role is based in San Francisco.
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
