Full Job Description
Product Marketing Manager: Adjacent Products

Location: NYC, Amsterdam or Antwerp | Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years product marketing, go-to-market execution, and portfolio optimisation experience

Own the adjacent product portfolio, including sleepmask and help drive category growth, adoption, and in-market performance.

This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You'll lead go-to-market execution, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle marketing across the adjacent portfolio while partnering cross-functionally to bring products to market and optimise them over time. All yours. If you've mastered portfolio marketing, launch execution, and translating customer insight into commercial action - and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work - this is where you do it.

The role

You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As Product Marketing Manager: Adjacent Products, you own the in-market success and development of the portfolio across launches, lifecycle initiatives, pricing recommendations, positioning, and channel execution. You work closely with Product Management, Commercial, Brand, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure products are launched effectively, positioned clearly, and continuously improved through customer and market insight.

What you'll do (and what you won't)

You will
  • Own go-to-market execution and lifecycle marketing across the adjacent products portfolio end-to-end
  • Support portfolio growth through pricing, promotional planning, and channel-specific positioning recommendations
  • Develop product messaging, launch materials, and campaign support plans for different audiences and use cases
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver consistent product storytelling across retail and digital channels
  • Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Recommend adjustments to pricing, positioning, promotions, and lifecycle support based on in-market learnings
  • Contribute portfolio insight and category expertise into cross-functional planning discussions
  • Collaborate with adjacent portfolios on sleep-related storytelling and retail positioning where relevant

You won't
  • Wait for endless approvals
  • Hide behind processes
  • Cruise quietly in the background
  • Own overarching business-wide pillar strategy or enterprise-wide PMM frameworks

How you'll succeed

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren't afraid to go all in to make things happen. You'll succeed by balancing customer insight with commercial priorities, building strong cross-functional relationships, and turning portfolio performance data into clear actions that improve growth, adoption, and category clarity.

What you'll bring
  • Experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, category marketing, or go-to-market execution within consumer products or related categories
  • Strong understanding of pricing, positioning, promotional planning, and channel dynamics
  • Ability to analyse customer insight, market trends, and performance data to support decision-making
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Commercial, Brand, and Operations teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around launches and portfolio priorities
  • You work independently and know when to involve others
  • You're comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
  • You want your work to matter, not just exist

Loop isn't for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
  • Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
  • Mistake activity for impact
  • Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape
  • Prefer alignment meetings over decisions

Still listening?

Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: "I can't believe we did that." If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let's talk.

Based on internal benchmarks and market data, we expect the salary range for this role in our New York City office to be $115,000 - $135,000 per year. Loop takes into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skill sets, qualifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Final salary is based on a number of factors such as location, relevant prior experience, and specific skills or expertise. Please note that the range listed is just one component of Loop's total rewards.
