Product Marketing Manager - Colors, North America - Erlanger, KY (or applicable location)
This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
Are you passionate about translating market insights into growth opportunities and bringing innovative ingredient solutions to life? ADM is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Colors from Nature® portfolio across North America. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial, technical, innovation, communications, and market insights teams to drive business growth across food, beverage, health & wellness, and animal nutrition segments. You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, supporting commercialization efforts, and delivering marketing programs that create measurable business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and market penetration for the Colors from Nature® portfolio
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Colors portfolio, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Analyze customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities to support business decision-making
Lead the annual North America marketing plan, including campaign development, content strategy, paid media initiatives, and performance measurement
Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Support commercialization initiatives by developing go-to-market strategies, launch plans, positioning, messaging, and value propositions
Partner with global branding, communications, and design teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging
Develop sales enablement tools including presentations, product sheets, sell sheets, customer-facing materials, and event support assets
Collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence innovation strategy and support new product initiatives
Represent ADM and the Colors from Nature® brand at industry events, customer engagements, media opportunities, and trade shows
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Skills:
Strong B2B product marketing experience with demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs
Ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing and business strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance commercial, technical, and marketing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of product marketing, brand management, or related marketing experience
Experience within the food, beverage, ingredients, nutrition, or related industry
Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, and go-to-market strategies
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating across multiple business functions
Desired Experience:
Experience with colors, flavors, natural ingredients, or specialty ingredient categories
Experience working within a global or matrixed organization
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and performance analytics
Experience presenting to customers, industry organizations, or external stakeholders
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$96,200.00 - $178,000.00
Salaried Incentive Plan
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
