We are seeking an experienced, customer-facing Product Marketing professional to serve as the primary account owner for strategic customers. This is a sales-oriented role focused on developing customer relationships, driving business growth, understanding customer technology needs, and positioning the company's products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor industry and be comfortable engaging with both customer executives and internal product teams.
The opportunity:
- Serve as the primary account owner and represent the company in all customer-facing sales activities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Understand customer technology roadmaps, manufacturing challenges, and business objectives.
- Present the company's products, solutions, capabilities, and technology roadmaps to customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with product business groups and engineering teams.
- Gather customer requirements and communicate market and technology needs to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Prepare customer visit reports, account plans, opportunity tracking, and follow-up action items.
- Drive customer-specific initiatives to successful completion while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Applications to support customer success.

What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, strategic account management, business development, or customer-facing product marketing.
- Strong experience managing enterprise customer accounts.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience developing account strategies and executing sales plans.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product management, and sales organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry experience (highly preferred).
- Experience working with semiconductor equipment manufacturers or wafer fabrication customers.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology roadmaps.
- Existing relationships with semiconductor customers such as Intel, TSMC, Samsung, Micron, GlobalFoundries, SK hynix, or similar.
- Experience with capital equipment, semiconductor process equipment, or related technologies.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $68,000 - $102,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
