Full Job Description
As a Product Manager inGlobal Supplier Services (GSS) organization,you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Youll translate customer and business needs into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes. Your day-to-day blends product discovery with decision-making on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs. Youll partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver releases, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned. After launch, you measure results, gather feedback, and iterate to improve performance and reliability. This work matters because you ship capabilities that materially improve user experience and business impact at scale. Job responsibilities  Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers  Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap  Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition  Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability  Leverage AI in daily product workby using approved tools to accelerate research synthesis, draft PRDs/user stories, generate hypotheses, and automate routine analysiswhile validating outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance.  Lead cross-functional executionwith Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Compliance, and Operations to deliver roadmap commitments on time and with high quality.  Define and own product requirements(epics/features/user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements) and ensure they are unambiguous and testable.  Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisionsusing customer impact, business value, delivery effort, and risk, and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.  Create clear documentation and alignment artifacts(PRDs, one-pagers, decision logs, business cases) that keep teams aligned and reduce rework.  Go-to-market and release management: plan launches/rollouts, coordinate enablement and communications, and manage post-release monitoring. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area  Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics  Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management  Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with ability to influence without authority across Product, Tech, Ops, and Control partners  Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into clear PRDs/user stories with crisp acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements  Experience prioritizing roadmaps using data (KPIs/OKRs), customer insights, cost-to-deliver, and risk/controls considerations  High analytical fluency: comfortable with dashboards, experimentation/A-B testing concepts, funnel analysis  Ability to define operating models, workflows, and governance (cadences, decision logs, escalation paths) for cross-functional teams  Strong customer empathy and experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback into actionable decisions  Experience leveraging AI responsibly to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis using approved tools while validating accuracy and bias  Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for action, structured thinking, and comfort navigating ambiguity Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization  Operational excellence mindset, including process optimization, lean/value-stream mapping, and reducing defects/rework  Technical depthin modern architectures (cloud, microservices, event-driven systems) sufficient to partner credibly with engineering  AI/ML product exposure, including working with model teams on evaluation metrics, monitoring, drift, and human-in-the-loop design  Comfort navigating a large organization and partnering with diverse stakeholders  Passion for staying up to date with evolving technology
