Full Job Description
This is a remote position. Ideal candidates are located in the Des Moines, IA area.

What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Product Manager In this role, you will both guide and oversee the ideation, strategy, pricing and execution of our products and services, ensuring that they surpass customer expectations, remain competitive, deliver a secure and quality experience, comply with industry and regulatory standards, and successfully launch to reach performance goals.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage product performance, including features, functionality, defects, client experience, and overall product quality.
  • Identify process gaps, track defects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Define and support the end-to-end client experience across product lifecycle stages, from onboarding through ongoing usage and support.
  • Gather and analyze client and market feedback through user groups, surveys, and industry forums to inform product improvements.
  • Conduct market research to assess competitive offerings, pricing, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute product strategy, including SWOT analysis, multi-year roadmaps, and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pricing, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and maintain product health metrics, reports, and performance insights for leadership.


What you need:

  • 3+ years' experience in product management required; 3+ years' experience in the banking or payments industry preferred
  • Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality and must be able to comprehend and evaluate technically complex information.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
