In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution across a suite of digital solutions that support technicians, dealers, and homeowners - including our Diagnostics web application, Technician mobile application, emerging IoT products, and future AI-enabled solutions. You'll work at the intersection of software, hardware, and connected systems, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market and deliver meaningful customer value.

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for connected residential digital products.
  • Lead product development across mobile, web, IoT, connectivity, telematics, and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Partner closely with software and hardware engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions that connect physical products with digital applications.
  • Drive products through the full lifecycle, from concept, discovery, and business case development to commercial launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to drive digital revenue, expand monetization strategies, and support business growth through connected product offerings.
  • Translate customer, technician, dealer, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, go-to-market plans, and launch strategies.
  • Own product launch readiness in partnership with engineering, operations, support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful commercialization.
  • Prioritize features and investments based on user insights, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, operations, and commercial teams to create intuitive, scalable, and reliable product experiences.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and help navigate tradeoffs in a fast-moving, cross-functional development environment.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities and improve product performance.
  • Help define the future of AI-powered capabilities that enhance diagnostics, service workflows, and connected home experiences.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Several years of product management experience with a strong record of delivering and scaling digital products.
  • Experience with connectivity, mobile applications, telematics, IoT, or other connected device ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success bringing products from concept through commercial launch, including experience with launch planning, adoption, and growth.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities and delivering products that contribute to digital revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success working closely with both software and hardware engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of product development for digital platforms, connected systems, and technical customer workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into product strategies and user-centered solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading across cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
  • Experience in HVAC, field service technology, diagnostics, smart home, or connected equipment environments is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven digital solutions is a plus.
