About the Role

As a Product Manager, you'll drive execution and own a defined area of responsibility within TQL's technology ecosystem, which may include a product, application, workflow, or functional area. You'll lead the understanding of customer and business needs and translate those needs into clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and high-quality user stories that guide development teams.

You'll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to define problems, shape solutions, and ensure delivery of outcomes that create meaningful results for users and the business.

  • Translate customer and business needs into well-defined requirements and high-quality user stories
  • Break larger initiatives into structured, actionable work
  • Own and prioritize the backlog for your assigned area
  • Maintain backlog clarity, sequencing, and readiness
  • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Partner with engineering, QA, design, and analytics to drive execution
  • Ensure shared understanding of priorities, context, and intended value across stakeholders
  • Use data, user feedback, and delivery insights to evaluate progress and refine priorities
  • Prepare materials for demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
