Job Profile Summary

Orchestra AI is shaping the future of Generative AI across all eight lines of business at Bank of America. As the company's Enterprise AI platform, Orchestra AI provides the scalable, secure, and resilient capabilities needed to deliver transformative AI solutions. The platform operates across a sophisticated multi-cloud and on-premises environment and leverages frontier, proprietary, and open-source models to support high-volume, high-impact use cases across the enterprise.

This role leads onboarding for the Bank's enterprise GenAI platform. The role oversees the successful adoption, governance, and delivery of AI use cases from design through deployment while providing executive visibility into portfolio health, risks, readiness, and adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams
  • Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses
  • Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them
  • Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates
  • Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products
  • Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends
  • Lead onboarding team responsible for successful delivery of GenAI use case onboarding engagements across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the portfolio of onboarded and in-flight use cases, providing visibility into readiness, risks, dependencies, adoption, and release schedules.
  • Ensure tenant teams comply with enterprise AI governance requirements throughout the use case lifecycle.
  • Own onboarding operating model, standards, and processes that guide use cases from design through deployment, operation, and on-going evolution.
  • Drive process improvements, tooling, automation, and operational controls to improve scalability, efficiency, and transparency.


Required Qualifications

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence leaders and coordinate across technology, risk, compliance, and business organizations.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Ability to communicate complex technical, operational, and governance topics to senior audiences.
  • Business & Solution Analysis: Ability to evaluate use cases, align business objectives to platform capabilities, and assess solution readiness.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of APIs, integrations, application architectures, data flows, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Knowledge of LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI principles.
  • Platform & Product Mindset: Ability to identify capability gaps, influence roadmap priorities, and drive platform adoption at scale.
  • Program & Portfolio Management: Experience managing complex portfolios, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience designing scalable processes, controls, automation, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Agile / SDLC Experience: Familiarity with enterprise software development, release management, and product delivery practices.

$135,000.00 - $217,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
