Full Job Description
Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the product domain focused on enhancing our cart and checkout experience. Your role is crucial for improving customer experience by ensuring a seamless, efficient, and conversion-optimized purchase journey, supporting data-driven decision-making across our global platform. You will help define the strategy, roadmap, and take end-to-end responsibility for your products, with oversight from the Senior Product Manager or Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
• Help define the product vision and roadmap for cart and checkout features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, payments, and data science teams to integrate and optimize cart and checkout capabilities into our product offerings.
• Own end-to-end product outcomes for cart and checkout functionality, including conversion rates, payment success, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to implement the product vision and ensure a frictionless, intuitive user experience.
• Develop requirements at an epic level that align with overall initiatives and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Take responsibility for delivery in your product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Define and track success metrics for cart and checkout product domains, including cart abandonment rate, checkout conversion rate, and payment success rate.
