Product Manager to own and evolve our
ServiceNow platform. In this highly visible role, you will define the platform strategy and roadmap, partner with stakeholders across the business, and deliver solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap• Own and drive the ServiceNow platform roadmap, aligning priorities with IT Help Desk leadership, HR, Payroll, and other business unit stakeholders.
• Define enhancements, new features, and module expansions through close collaboration with business stakeholders, translating needs into clear product requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry trends, and the evolving ServiceNow product roadmap to inform McKinstry's strategy.
• Develop and maintain business cases to support investment decisions and roadmap prioritization.
Platform Maturity & Delivery• Lead platform maturity and optimization initiatives - moving McKinstry from implementation to operational excellence across all active ServiceNow modules.
• Manage the full ServiceNow product lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, releases, and long-term sustainability planning.
• Produce well-written product documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user acceptance test plans, and training materials.
• Partner with IT, ServiceNow consultants, and vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain platform solutions and integrations.
• Lead coordination of product activities including design reviews, UAT, and go-live readiness across ServiceNow releases.
• Work with Technology Partners to deliver user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance testing for ServiceNow enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration• Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements, validate designs, and drive alignment on priorities.
• Lead end-user training and enablement efforts to ensure adoption and success across the IT Help Desk and business unit teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional innovation by surfacing insights from users and ServiceNow's evolving capabilities.
Stewardship & Administrative Support• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and steward for the ServiceNow platform at McKinstry.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely results in product administrative support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed at McKinstry• 3-5 years of experience in product management or supporting technology solutions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow (ITSM or other modules) strongly preferred; ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, and Agile software development methodologies; related certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable navigating a variety of software platforms to understand functionality, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Power BI, is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Curious, resourceful, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

The pay range for this position is $89,010 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
