What We DoThe Product Manager, Digital Operations & Readiness manages assigned client digital experiences from implementation and transition through ongoing product management, while also leading operational readiness practices across ServiceMac's broader digital portfolio. The role partners with clients, internal teams and external vendors to deliver and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences, while establishing consistent practices for testing, release readiness, knowledge assets, reporting and monitoring.
HOW YOU9LL CONTRIBUTE
- Assignments typically center on an assigned product or product line
- Collects information on customers9 needs and desires through market research
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraise new product ideas and/or product changes
- Translates product strategy into detailed requirements
- Monitors ongoing advancement and planning of the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Development & individual clients to understand future needs and opportunities
- Measures and communicates the progress of a project to the client and Management
- Executes tasks and assignments on the product roadmap; may provide direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities
- Define high level customer requirements for the customer experience including product features and functions, target markets, and pricing
- Assess market competition by comparing the Company9s product to competitors9 products
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU9LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor9s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years9 experience in product or services development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in product development
- Customer orientation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across First American product companies
- Project management skills
- Successful track record designing, developing, and executing projects

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
