Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to take ownership of one of our core product lines. You will lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of this product, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer support, and sales to drive feature development, optimize user experience, and ensure our product continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership
    • Own the roadmap, backlog, and strategy for the assigned product line. Ensure continuous improvement and market relevance.
  • Customer Discovery & User Research
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points. Conduct interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Roadmap Planning & Execution
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quarterly goals. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time. Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market planning.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Use analytics and feedback to evaluate product success, identify opportunities, and prioritize improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Regularly update internal stakeholders on product direction, status, and key metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or mobile application environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving an existing product or product line.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in safety, compliance, construction tech, or inspection/audit software.

This is a full-time remote position located in the US. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.

Benefits & Compensation
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
