Full Job Description
Purpose

The Product Manager for Risk Pathways will support the development and evolution of capabilities across the breast cancer screening and diagnostic journey, including primary care and high-risk pathways (e.g., risk assessment, genetic counselling/referral, and enhanced screening workflows). This role contributes to evolving product capabilities that help translate risk insights into actionable clinical pathways, supporting earlier detection, more personalized care, and improved screening program outcomes.

Working closely with engineering, clinical, and commercial teams, this role helps gather user and customer insights, define product requirements, and support the delivery of roadmap initiatives. While Risk Pathways itself is not a regulated medical product, the role may collaborate closely with teams working on regulated solutions such as Image-Based Risk, requiring an awareness of regulatory considerations and dependencies.

Success in this role means contributing to reliable, user-centered product enhancements that improve workflow integration, enable adoption of risk-based screening approaches, and support diverse healthcare environments globally.

The ideal candidate has experience in product management or a related discipline, strong user empathy, an interest in healthcare and data-driven products, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams while continuing to grow their product management skills.

What you'll be doing:
  • Oversees every step of the product lifecycle for the assigned product portfolio. That includes product ideation, planning, tactical initiatives, product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, product development, and product distribution.
  • Develops the business case for changes to the product offering or its delivery to market to maximize product growth and considers internal costs/efficiency.
  • Implements modifications to the product(s) to maximize product revenue and growth.
  • Uses well developed industry knowledge to guide product development.
  • Works with stakeholders in sales, marketing and finance to improve product delivery.
  • Considers product and information security risks as backlog items to manage throughout the life of the product.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree or related tertiary qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in product management or equivalent experience.
  • Healthcare industry and/or experience with mammography products or clinics preferred.
  • Uses industry knowledge to anticipate future challenges for the product(s).
  • Possesses a combination of technical aptitude, commercial, and product management skills, communication, negotiation and decision-making ability.
  • Experienced in presenting and communicating with stakeholders to support product adoption and growth.
  • Uses relationships across the business and industry to support product development and growth.
  • Uses a consultative approach to build consensus both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work with teams in different time zones and diverse geographic locations including United States, New Zealand and South Korea. As a result, a Pacific or Mountain time zone location is preferred.

What you will receive:

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000 per annum, full time equivalent. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.

Other things to note:
  • This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote.
  • Candidates must currently have the right to work in the United States to apply.
  • Lunit International operates across multiple time zones, and this role may occasionally require working outside of standard business hours to support international staff or team collaboration. We offer flexible scheduling to help balance these needs with personal commitments/work life balance.
  • Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required, except in limited circumstances where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be able to be accommodated.
