As a Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for a defined product line or solution area within our portfolio. Your primary objective is to create customer and business value by helping define strategy, prioritizing investments, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of solutions. You will work closely with customers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collaborate cross-functionally to validate opportunities, guide execution, and drive measurable outcomes.

This role requires a balance of customer insight, strategic thinking, and execution, with a focus on delivering solutions that drive adoption, growth, and long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Own a defined product line or solution area, driving product line health through strategic roadmap execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization
  • Define and prioritize market problems to solve by developing a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and segment-specific opportunities within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Ensure all product initiatives are clearly tied to validated customer problems and aligned with overall Product Strategy, delivering measurable customer and business value
  • Lead structured product discovery to assess opportunity viability, desirability, and feasibility, and translate insights into actionable product direction
  • Define, track, and manage key performance metrics to evaluate product success, including adoption, engagement, growth, and retention
  • Use data, customer insights, and market signals to inform prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and continuous improvement of the product line
  • Contribute to product line strategy by identifying growth opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and aligning roadmap priorities to expected outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to support go-to-market execution, drive product adoption, and enable customer success
  • Engage with customers and the broader market on an ongoing basis to gather feedback, validate direction, and identify emerging opportunities
  • Work with partners and ecosystem stakeholders as needed to extend product capabilities and enhance overall customer value
  • Manage a variety of stakeholders effectively, building alignment, driving clarity in priorities, and fostering trust across evolving business needs

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Experience driving optimization of a holistic product capability or business through market first intelligence
  • Experience creating content or delivering stage presentations in a Product role
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
