Full Job Description
Responsibilities
• Synthesize all forms of product input (high level enterprise strategies, stakeholder input, the voice of the customer, qualitative & quantitative data, industry trends & best practices) into a strategic product roadmap that is feasible to deliver, and balances long term strategic vision with steady, iterative, and incremental product improvement.
• Be a subject matter expert on the digital systems used by our team members and customers in-store systems used by our team members and customers in-store.
• Manage the in-store digital solutions product development backlog using lean-thinking product development techniques including: minimum viable product, validated learning, hypothesis driven product development, early and often software releases, and an extreme focus on continuous improvement.
• Translate the in-store digital product strategy into detailed acceptance criteria that can be consumed by the technology teams implementing and delivering the digital products.
• Engage directly with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure product vision is preserved throughout implementation and delivery.
• Ensure the product roadmap incorporates and represents the full breadth of non-functional requirements needed to successfully end-to-end deliver digital products including: security, recoverability, scalability, resiliency, and generally plays nice within the Aaron's technology ecosystem.
• Use fact based, analytical techniques to evaluate and report impact of new features and enhancements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Aaron's customer, Aaron's business model and strategies, and the lease-ownership category in general

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in a digital product management or equivalent role
• Experience in retail and/or lease to own preferred
