Snowflake's AI Data Cloud is the unified platform and connected ecosystem of organizations building, using, and sharing data, apps, and AI. At the foundation of this platform is trust. Customers rely on Snowflake to run their most mission critical data and AI workloads with confidence across regions, clouds, and failure scenarios.

Replication and disaster recovery are core to that trust. As Snowflake powers increasingly always on enterprise AI and data workloads, we are investing in maturing our replication and DR capabilities to be more reliable, observable, and easy to operate at global scale.

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive execution across Snowflake's replication and disaster recovery roadmap. This role is ideal for an early career PM who wants to work on foundational cloud infrastructure in the AI era, learn how large scale distributed systems are built, and develop strong product instincts through close partnership with senior PMs, architects, and engineering leaders.

In This Role, You Will
  • Own end to end delivery of specific replication and disaster recovery features, from problem definition through launch and iteration
  • Execute on Snowflake's BCDR roadmap, including replication coverage expansion, managed DR workflows, auditing, and observability
  • Use data, metrics, and AI assisted analysis to identify gaps, prioritize work, and measure impact across replication and DR workflows
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to translate customer, business, and platform needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Develop product judgment around reliability tradeoffs, consistency, and SLAs in large scale distributed systems
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams across storage, metadata, security, and GTM to ensure clean platform integration
  • Participate in customer conversations, previews, and feedback loops with enterprise customers running mission critical AI and data workloads
  • Leverage modern AI and analytics tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and decision making
Our Ideal Candidate Has
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top tier undergraduate program
  • Early career experience as an Associate Product Manager or a background in investment banking or top tier management consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with comfort using data to inform product decisions
  • Interest in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and platforms that power enterprise AI and data workloads
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from senior PMs and engineers
Why Join This Team?

This role offers a rare opportunity to work on core platform infrastructure that powers the most mission critical AI and data workloads at the world's largest enterprises early in your product career. You will gain hands on experience building replication and disaster recovery capabilities at global scale, develop fluency in using data and AI as core product management tools, and be mentored by senior product and engineering leaders shaping Snowflake's platform.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
