Purpose: Own the product operations, governance, and planning systems.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the product lifecycle using Aha! (roadmaps, releases, features, dependencies, and workflows).
• Own product governance, including roadmap reviews, release governance, and prioritization frameworks.
• Ensure product pods are completing cross-functional roadmapping, quarterly planning, and cross-product dependency management.
• Define and maintain product development standards, quality gates, and release criteria.
• Build and manage the partner feedback program, translating stakeholder input into prioritized product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product playbooks, templates, and governance documentation.
• Own Aha! administration, taxonomy, reporting, and user enablement.
• Train Product Managers on product planning tools and governance.
