Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least one 0-1 or 1-n product launch.
• Ability to convert ambiguous, cross-functional issues into a clear product roadmap.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Proficient written communication skills for producing specs and aligning stakeholders efficiently.
• Analytical skills for defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, regulations, and business objectives.
• Write clear product specifications, PRDs, and success metrics; lead sprint planning and grooming sessions with engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Legal/Compliance, as products are centered on blockchain and securities regulation.
• Work with Business Development to identify integration requirements for issuers, custodians, and institutional partners.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, reporting progress and metrics to leadership.
• Conduct competitive analysis in the tokenized RWA landscape to inform product positioning.
• Act as the user advocate and make informed decisions on product trade-offs.
