This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you partner daily with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to move from problem definition through launch, iteration, and scale. You bring strong product sense, sound judgment in ambiguity, and an AI-first mindset to a complex B2B2C ecosystem that serves pilots across their entire career journey.

  • Define and track clear outcomes, using activation, engagement, and retention metrics to steer priorities and validate product direction.
  • Drive engagement and habit formation around the workflows professional pilots depend on, anchoring daily, weekly, and monthly usage.
  • Support go-to-market execution, partnering with growth, marketing, and CS on positioning, messaging, and activation for new features and releases.
  • Manage and integrate input from opinionated stakeholders and subject-matter experts while maintaining forward momentum.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully accelerate user outcomes and product velocity.
  • Contribute to broader product management practices across the Pilot Experience team, raising the bar for UX, workflow clarity, and product craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to align engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners around a shared plan.
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information, creating clarity and momentum in areas of ambiguity.
  • Strong partnership with engineering and design, with experience planning and delivering quality product increments at pace.
  • Experience evaluating and applying AI technologies to enhance user value and streamline workflows.
