About The Team

CoverMyMeds' Pharmacy Network Solutions team is looking for a Product Manager to manage a set of products that supports the pharmacy industry. Our Pharmacy Network Solutions team is a knowledgeable group of innovative individuals focused on the entire product lifecycle, P&L and industry changes. Together with our various business units, the work our Pharmacy Network Solutions team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:
  • Synthesizes and makes proactive recommendations regarding product direction based on industry and market research performed.
  • Carries out varying P&L responsibilities, including providing guardrails on pricing, and deal support.
  • Partners with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition and properly position products in the marketplace
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implement solutions (driving for impact) within their area of responsibility
  • Defines and communicates the "why" of product direction, recommendations, and business need to the broader team and encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage, and adjust
  • Engages in customer co-innovation opportunities to make MVP product recommendations
  • Prioritizes within own responsibility set when there are conflicting Product Management initiatives and raises conflicts to and participates in the de-conflicting process with leaders
  • Consults with the legal and compliance teams to ensure features and product direction align with laws and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategy, including identifying and developing value proposition, for the Pharmacy Network Solutions portfolio.


Skills You'll Need
  • Degree in a relevant field (eg. Marketing, Business, or healthcare related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in product management or a related role within the healthcare technology or pharmacy industry.
  • Experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe)
  • Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Understanding of NCPDP Telecom Standard
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to product development cycles and work effectively with technical teams.


Preferred Skills
  • Project Management skills including managing project timelines to completion
  • Understanding of various industry constituents representing pharmacy locations
  • Familiarity with pharmacy third party claims and managed care
  • Ability to develop solution value propositions that clearly articulate the solution value proposition and/or ROI
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with peers within and across organizational lines

$94,500 - $157,500
