This role expands essential business management capabilities within the banking platform and strengthens the value proposition for business customers.

The Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, design, and content to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Key responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and performance outcomes for embedded payroll capabilities within Business Banking.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and content to deliver iterative product improvements with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Drive customer discovery and synthesize behavioral data, funnel performance, segmentation, and competitive insights to identify unmet needs, adoption barriers, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the payroll provider and internal stakeholders to align priorities, delivery plans, release readiness, and go-to-market execution.
  • Define and manage product metrics to improve conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Product management experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience leading digital products, customer journeys, or embedded/platform experiences, with strength in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across disciplines, influence without formal authority, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical capability and sound product judgment, including use of product data, funnel analysis, segmentation, and competitive inputs to frame complex problems and drive effective decisions.
  • Experience managing product metrics and operating effectively in a regulated or risk-managed environment.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering on feasibility, sequencing, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Experience in payroll, business banking, fintech, HR/payroll technology, or embedded B2B services strongly preferred.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
