  • Partner with product leadership and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, user needs, and operational goals.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements for new features, enhancements, integrations, and user experience improvements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including discovery, refinement, sprint planning, delivery, testing, release, and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, analytics, design, and operations teams to ensure successful product adoption and communication.
  • Help identify opportunities to consolidate legacy systems, improve workflows, and create a more unified portal experience.
  • Monitor product usage, engagement, adoption, and retention metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with defining and tracking key product health metrics, including active users, feature adoption, module usage, retention, and issue resolution trends.
  • Triage bugs, urgent issues, and enhancement requests in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.

  • Support user onboarding, education, and adoption initiatives in partnership with customer-facing teams.
  • Conduct user interviews, stakeholder discussions, and feedback sessions to better understand customer and business needs.
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term product quality, scalability, and usability goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you:
  • Strong product management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap support, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements and development priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, analytics, and business teams.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing product requirements, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product usage data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience with agile product development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Comfortable working with both local in-office stakeholders and distributed technical teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong interest in improving user experience, adoption and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product operations, or a related role.
  • Experience working with software products, web applications, portals, SaaS platforms, or internal/external business systems preferred.
  • Experience working with engineering teams in an agile development environment preferred.
  • Experience with B2B products, partner portals, distributor networks, supply chain, foodservice, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
