JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Gather requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and market trends. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements. Develop user journeys and artifacts that communicate intuitive user experiences aligned with product needs. Provide product demos and conduct review sessions with stakeholders, incorporating feedback into roadmaps. Identify dependencies and issues, and present recommendations for resolution. Collaborate with product and technology teams to build core components enabling product functionality. Define data elements across credit risk processes and applications. Standardize data models and operating models to ensure consistency across teams. Analyze datasets for completeness and data quality issues. Collaborate with multiple teams to source strategic data and eliminate process duplication. Define schema for data assets and publish data lineage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Risk Management, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Scientist, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Risk Management, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Scientist, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, launch strategies, and product training using Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart; Enhancing product development and decision-making processes using Figma and Lucidchart for design principles, and Python, SQL, Jira, and Confluence for data analytics; Analyzing user needs and translating them into actionable design and development strategies using Jira for task tracking, Confluence for documentation, and Jira Agile for breaking down user needs into stories and tasks; Conducting performance and QA testing using JMeter and QTEST; Managing releases and tracking deployment readiness using Jira Release Hub; Designing technology architecture and scalable systems to support product functionality and platform integration using Lucidchart, Visio, and AWS; Implementing cloud-based architecture using Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Drawio; Implementing and testing APIs for system integration using Postman and Swagger; Aligning technical designs with user experience goals by integrating technology and UX design principles using Figma, UserTesting, Lucidchart, React, and SALT libraries; Analyzing datasets and querying databases to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations using SQL and MySQL.
